Price list notes and discounts
Outside Tallinn, a mileage charge applies: €1/km to the customer and €0.50/km for the return journey.
The minimum charge is €20 for software work and €30 for hardware work. Other work starts at €35/hour, billed in half-hour increments. The final price depends on the complexity and time required. The customer will be informed of any price changes.
We install licensed software only. The customer must provide the necessary licences, installation files and usage rights, and is responsible for the lawful use of the software.
We cannot guarantee that data and settings on the device will be preserved during repair or maintenance. Please make a backup before handing in your device. The customer is responsible for backing up their data.
School pupils and students receive a 20% discount; pensioners and people with disabilities receive 30%. Ask our staff about additional discounts for combined services. Work ordered between 10:00 and 12:00 receives a 10% discount, which cannot be combined with other discounts.
