We remove jammed paper and fragments, clean the paper path and feed rollers, and investigate misfeeds. Worn parts may need replacement.
Waste ink pads and maintenance cartridges
We assess the waste ink pad or maintenance cartridge and clean or replace it as appropriate for the model. Counters are reset only after the necessary maintenance and where the model supports it.
Print quality
We investigate streaks, smudges and missing colours. Where appropriate, we clean printheads or inspect laser cartridges and other assemblies. Cleaning cannot always resolve worn-part faults.
